Cushman & Wakefield

‘Cushman & Wakefield’ are global commercial property and real estate consultants, who deliver integrated solutions to landlords, tenants and investors at each stage of the real estate & commercial property process.

Much of Cushman and Wakefield’s customer base is repeat business, so they wanted to produce a document which would keep them in the minds of current clients for future projects. As a result, a coffee table book was designed to enhance their campaign ‘The Importance of Partnerships’.  The idea was based on metaphors to allow for more creative photographic images to be used and the cover was made from fabric with foil blocking, with the aim of senior executives wanting to keep the book on their table.
